Do guys think that like?!
I mean, if you are dating a total bitch, then yeah, you're probably wishing your girl had more of those qualities. But if you were dating the object of desire in the song "Doncha" sounds kind of slutty to me.
Just something I'm thinking about today.

ReplyDeleteI think the target market of the song is actually girls who want to feel sexy and stripper dance in the club rather than it being appealing to men. The outcome of there dancing euphoria is what is appealing to me..if that makes sense?

ReplyDeleteYeah, Brian, that makes total sense. I'm wondering about the whole message, though. Like, do guys really lust after slutty girls (as suggested in the song)? And I'm not sure about good salsa clubs, but I'm sure there are. I LOVE to do "real" dances. I took a dance class in college where I learned the tango and all those fun dances. I would really like to keep it up!
Most guys like the girl next door outside of the bedroom, but a total whore in the bedroom.

I have to agree with Rocket, in fact, I was about to say just that. Also, I think the song is angled more toward women I think though. It's like, they're sexy and they know it, and your girlfriend, even though she might be sexy...there's just something about me that she's not. I take it as a fun song, nothing serious.
